User Levels

The following shortcodes will be used to display various information about user level

[buy_badge_button] – displays the buy button for badges
- Attributes
  - type (1/2) – for first or second
[show_level_one] – show level one image and icon
[show_level_two] – show level two image and icon
[show_level_three] – show level three image and icon
[show_commissions_table] – displays the charge for each level
